Your dedicated solicitor will visit your premises to gain an understanding of the particular problems you experience. This means that when you telephone the solicitor, you will be speaking to someone who not only understands the problem but will be able to give specific and practical advice in line with the culture of your orgaisation.

We have no connections to the insurance provider. This means that the advice you receive will be in the best interests of your organisation, not the insurer. We also understand that sometimes a dispute cannot be resolved within the confines of the law so our solicitors will also give you commercial advice on resolving the dispute as an option to consider.

In the event a matter cannot be resolved and a claim is submitted, subject to terms, the insurance will cover our fees from the time the claim is received and also tribunal compensation up to specified limits.

These days, providing adequate health and safety provisions for your employees has never been more important. All employers are under a general duty to provide a safe place of work and conduct regular risk assessments but this is backed up by a raft of regulations from European and domestic legislation.

Ensuring your employees' health and safety at work sounds difficult but this is not necessarily so. We have systems to suit every type of environment from office to industrial, chemical and manufacturing. Our experts conduct an initial site visit and produce a report identifying the steps required to fully implement all the necessary steps in a health and safety policy. We also offer an annual bespoke inspection incorporating a risk assessment scheme with ISO 9002 documentation.

Once a criminal investigation has begun it is very expensive to defend as you will require the best lawyers and experts. Our underwriters can arrange a director's liability insurance product to meet the legal costs in defending a claim. Subject to terms, the policy will provide up to £100,000 of legal cover.
