We offer a no-quibbles 24 month guarantee on DVDs. Should your disc become damaged, simply return it to us and we shall send a replacement free of charge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As previews are available for all our products any refund will only be considered exceptionally and at our discretion if an application is made in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of order stating the reason why a refund is sought. Refunds will not be given if any of the training materials have been used. All DVDs are covered by our 24 month guarantee. In the event of damage, please contact us to request a replacement.
