with heavyweight hire from Brachers

Specialist national employment law firm, ThomasMansfield LLP, is pleased to announce the recruitment of Darren Stevens.

Darren, who joins the firm from Brachers, where he had been a partner since 2009, is a highly experienced and pragmatic employment lawyer. Widely acknowledged as one of the rising stars of employment law in the South East, he is a qualified solicitor-advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.

His appointment will enhance a team already widely recognised as one of the premier employment law advisers for businesses and senior individuals across London and the South East. Darren brings experience in successfully representing clients before the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Civil Service Appeal Board, as well as expertise in TUPE transfers, large-scale redundancy programmes and advice on contractual changes to meet evolving business needs.
