Number of employees, both full and part time:
The total annual wage-roll:
This should be the total wage-roll for all full-time, part-time employees, temporary, agency and contract workers but excluding employers’ national insurance contributions, pension contributions, bonuses, overtime payments and commissions.
Include directors or partners salaries, bonuses and dividends if cover is required. Do not include if directors are not to be covered. In which case, the insurance policy will not cover directors’ disputes such as unfair dismissal or breach of contract claims.
