Allison Crabtree, solicitor in the employment department of the firm, has featured in HR Magazine with an article discussing the announced draft ‘Corporation Tax/Income Tax – Taxation of Coronavirus Support Payments’ legislation currently being fast-tracked through parliament. Under the legislation, employers could be given a 30-day amnesty to notify HMRC of any mistakes in their use of the furlough scheme before a penalty could be applied.
