Antonia is an employment lawyer at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of employment law. She is expert in a wide range of employment matters and advises at all levels, from junior employees to board level. Antonia deals with both contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law and her approach is pragmatic and commercial. She has significant experience in drafting policies and employment contracts or service agreements, advising and supporting in-house HR on a range of issues, resolving disputes in the workplace, tribunal litigation and settlement.
Antonia qualified in 2004 at a large regional practice as an employment lawyer, carrying out a broad range of contentious and non-contentious work, advising both employee and employer clients. She joined Thomas Mansfield in 2004 before taking a career break in 2012. Antonia returned to the legal sector in 2017, working for a range of well regarded employment firms in the south east.
