Your dedicated solicitor will visit your premises to gain an understanding of the particular problems you experience. This means that when you telephone the solicitor, you will be speaking to someone who not only understands the problem but will be able to give specific and practical advice in line with the culture of your organisation.

We have no connections to the insurance provider. This means that the advice you receive will be in the best interests of your organisation, not the insurer. We also understand that sometimes a dispute cannot be resolved within the confines of the law so our solicitors will also give you commercial advice on resolving the dispute as an option to consider.

In the event a matter cannot be resolved and a claim is submitted, subject to terms, the insurance will cover our fees from the time the claim is received and also tribunal compensation up to specified limits.
