Head of London Family Department (+8yrs PQE)

Thomas Mansfield Solicitors Limited is a well established and highly reputable firm of solicitors based in the City of London, Kent and Surrey.

We have a friendly, collegiate culture and offer our staff flexibility in working hours, which is greatly appreciated by the team.

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced head of our family law department in London. The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a London team, meeting targets and generating work through existing contacts.

International family law experience essential.

The job would suit a dedicated and enthusiastic family law professional with excellent technical ability and communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in marketing activities and travel between our meeting facilities. Family law solicitor 2-4 years PQE - Tunbridge Wells

Due to expansion, we are looking for a qualified family law solicitor (3-6 years PQE) to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. The job would suit a dedicated and enthusiastic family law professional with excellent technical ability and communication skills.

The right candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working under their own initiative, have supervision experience, be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate business development skills.

This role requires organisation, strong IT and document management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible.

Family law paralegal - Tunbridge Wells

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced family law paralegal to support our family lawyers, supervise and take responsibility for the family paralegal/client onboarding team. The successful candidate will undertake a full range of administrative support duties including file management, bundle preparation, archiving, typing and answering the telephone to clients and prospective clients.

The right person for this position will thrive in a busy, friendly and supportive environment. This role requires organisation, strong IT and document management skills, fast accurate typing with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible. An excellent telephone manner, leadership and supervision experience an advantage.
