Kate is an employment law solicitor at Thomas Mansfield. She has experience in a variety of employment issues, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination claims under the Equality Act and whistleblowing. She is also experienced in drafting employment contracts and negotiating settlement agreements for clients.

Kate qualified as a solicitor in 2021 at a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London. Prior to that she worked for several years in project management, primarily on legal projects, within the charity and public health sector. Kate has also volunteered with the youth justice charity, Just for Kids Law, as well as Camden’s Citizen Advice Bureau and the Free Representation Unit where she advised on a range of employment law issues.

Kate graduated with a degree in law from Newcastle University in 2012, followed by a Masters in law from University College London in 2014. Kate completed her Legal Practice Course at De Montford University in 2018. Kate is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
