Nick is a paralegal at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors, supporting the employment team in London. His duties include assisting the solicitors and other team members in research, drafting, client liaison and other support activities such as document preparation.
Following his undergraduate degree in Law and Forensic Investigation at Canterbury Christ Church University, Nick went on to work self-employed as a County-Court Advocate for two and a half years. During this time, he completed a Bar Practice Course with a Master’s in Law, being called to the Bar in 2021. Nick also volunteered at a legal support helpdesk throughout his time at university, as well as more recently performing worker compliance assessments for a well-known accountancy firm.
Outside of employment law, Nick has a keen interest in international law and defence; having written papers on international patent law and wartime technology, and the regulations on development of novel weaponry.
