Thomas Mansfield Solicitors expands employment practice with new partner hire

Thomas Mansfield Solicitors has strengthened its employment practice with the appointment of Alex Kiernan. Alex, who joins the firm from Loch Associates, brings a decade of experience acting for employers and senior executives on a broad range of employment issues.

Alex has significant experience in Employment Tribunal claims and advises on all aspects of employment law, including grievance and exits, breaches of contracts, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, contracts and handbooks and settlement agreements. He also provides corporate support in relation to business transfers and reorganisations.

Alex has developed a special focus on offering strategic employment law advice to small and medium-sized employers, especially those in professional services, care home management, education and construction sectors.

Alex was listed in the latest edition of Chambers UK.
