With workplace procedures changing rapidly due to the coronavirus, we shall be discussing the effects on the contract of employment and considering what changes could and should be made in the light of the pandemic including working from home, staggered start times, mobility and relocation clauses, social distancing, enforcing the wearing of personal protective equipment, testing employees for coronavirus and disciplinary sanctions.
